Utilizing a sophisticated double-cone unequal-distance feeding screw, the materials are meticulously conveyed and pre-compressed toward the upper section of dual extrusion wheels. Under intense pressure from five sides, the materials are transformed as the hydraulic system-driven extrusion wheels rotate, compressing the powder into durable, dense flakes. These flakes are subsequently directed into the granulating mechanism, where they are skillfully crushed into uniformly dense particles, ready for immediate use in tablet compression or capsule filling, thus eliminating the traditional granulating methods and significantly reducing energy consumption.
