4.The coating boiler is equipped with a high precision spray gun capable of 180º rotation, complemented by strategically placed cleaning sprayers at the air exhaust and hot air mouth for a comprehensive, corner-free cleaning experience.

 

5.Our selection of imported spray guns offers effortless operation and adaptability, meeting diverse technological requirements. Maintain spray gun head pressure between 0.29 Mpa to 0.39 Mpa. Adjustable angles and sectors ensure uniform spray density, particle consistency, and a large spray area, preventing leaks or blockages.

6.The film coating machine features a specialized cauldron wrapping mechanism for coating at least 20 kg of plain pills in our 150-type coating machine. Its inherent machinery allows for efficient small to medium-sized coatings, reducing waste and expanding the scope of application.
