4. Featuring a high-pressure spray gun, our coating boiler can rotate a full 180ºC. Equipped with a cleaning sprayer at the air exhaust exit and hot air mouth, it offers comprehensive, automatic cleaning without any dead corners, ensuring maximum convenience.

 

5. Utilize our imported spray gun for an effortless operation. It is designed for ease and flexibility, with technological adjustments made simple. Maintain the spray gun head pressure between 0.29 Mpa to 0.39 Mpa, with adjustable angles and sectors for uniform density and spray pressure. Enjoy optimal atomization pressure (0.4-0.5 Mpa) that prevents leakage and blockages, allowing for consistent atomization and a broader spray area.

6. Our state-of-the-art film coating machine includes a specialized mechanical device that wraps small materials, capable of coating a minimum of 20kg of plain pills using the 150 type coating machine. Its inherent machinery ensures no wastage of coating materials and significantly broadens the scope of application.

Concurrently, benefiting from the marvel of air exhaust and negative pressure, meticulously filtered 100,000 clean hot air is sourced from the air exhaust cabinet and expelled through the sieve meshes, enveloping the tablets. This process ensures the coating mediums on the tablet surfaces dry to perfection, creating a robust, exquisitely smooth film coat. Every step of this intricate procedure is governed with precision by the advanced PLC control system.
