3. Embrace convenience and efficiency with our automatic feeding device, which effectively prevents cross-contamination. It allows for convenient feeding, achieving high efficiency and all-around directionality in the process.

4. The coating boiler is equipped with a state-of-the-art high-pressure spray gun, capable of 180ºC rotation. A cleaning sprayer is strategically placed at the air exhaust exit and hot air outlet, allowing for automated, full-direction cleaning without any dead corners, making maintenance incredibly convenient.

 

5. Experience the convenience of our imported spray gun, designed for user-friendly operation and easy mastery. The spray gun is flexibly controlled to meet technological requirements, maintaining a pressure range of 0.29 Mpa to 0.39 Mpa. Adjust the angle and sector for uniform density and particle distribution, with a spray pressure of 0.4-0.5Mpa, preventing leakage, blockage, and ensuring a broad spray area. It offers practical flow adjustments and free from leaks or blockages, adaptable in angle and sector.

6. Our film coating machine is engineered with a mechanical device for cauldron wrapping of small materials. It can coat at least 20kg of plain pills in the 150-type coating machine, ensuring minimal wastage of dressing. This innovation greatly enhances its applicability, making it a versatile, efficient choice for pharmaceutical processes.

Inside the mixing drum, a finely blended coating is expertly applied to the tablets via precision spray guns, operated by a cutting-edge peristaltic pump. Concurrently, the innovative system utilizes air exhaust and negative pressure to introduce 100,000-grade clean hot air, which is efficiently expelled by the fan through sieve meshes, enveloping the tablets. This advanced mechanism enables the coating mediums to dry swiftly and uniformly, culminating in a strong, fine, and smooth film finish. The entire operation is meticulously managed under a state-of-the-art programmable logic controller (PLC) for optimal efficiency and precision.
