2. Experience superior product quality with our streamline guiding-type mixer, which facilitates easy and smooth tablet rotation, effectively eliminating fragments and chipped edges for a flawless finish.

3. Our state-of-the-art automatic feeding device not only prevents cross-contamination but also offers convenience, high efficiency, and comprehensive coverage in the feeding process.

4. The coating boiler, featuring a high-pressure spray gun with a 180ºC rotation capability, is equipped with a rotating cleaning sprayer at both the air exhaust exit and hot air mouth. This ensures complete, automatic, and corner-free cleaning convenience.

 

5. Choose our imported spray gun for effortless operation and mastery of flexible technological requirements. Ensure the spray gun head operates between 0.29 Mpa and 0.39 Mpa. Adjust angles and sectors for uniform density and particle size during spray pressure, with atomization pressure set between 0.4-0.5 Mpa to prevent droplet leakage and blockage, ensuring uniform atomization and a vast spray area. Adjust flow effortlessly to avoid leakage and blockage, achieving precision in angle and sector settings.

6. Our film coating machine is designed to accommodate small material batches, effectively coating up to 20kg of plain pills in the 150-type coating machine. Through its inherent mechanical regulation, it minimizes waste while enhancing appliance scope, even with a small amount of medium coating in the cauldron.

7. The experimental type machine offers versatility with 10KG, 40KG, and 80KG replaceable coating pans, making it ideal for small batch trial production of pharmaceuticals or for the exploration of the coating process.
