5. Elevate your control with the imported spray gun, designed for ease of operation and mastery of technology. Maintain spray gun head pressure between 0.29 Mpa and 0.39 Mpa, with adjustable angle and sector. Enjoy uniform spray density and particle dispersion, avoiding any droplet leakage or blockage, with atomization pressure at 0.4-0.5 Mpa, ensuring a wide spray area and practical flow adjustments without leakage.

6. Our film coating machine includes a mechanical device tailored for efficient cauldron wrapping, capable of coating a minimum of 20kg plain pills in a 150-type machine. This innovative regulation mechanism minimizes dressing waste, expands application scope, and ensures precise medium coat application.

Inside the Automatic Film Coating Machine, tablets embark on a sophisticated journey of intricate and continuous motion, seamlessly gliding with frequent, smooth turns within the pristine, enclosed environment of the film coating machine's drum. Here, the coating mixture, expertly blended within the mixing drum, is meticulously sprayed onto the tablets using a precision spray gun, all under the gentle guidance of the peristaltic pump. Simultaneously, the machine employs an efficient system of air exhaust and negative pressure, drawing in 100,000 clean, heated air through the air exhaust cabinet. This purified air stream is exhausted via the fan, passing through the sieve meshes to caress the tablets. As a result, the coating mediums on the tablets' surfaces are expertly dried, forming an impeccable coat of firm, fine, and smooth film. This entire process is orchestrated with precision under the sophisticated control of a PLC system, ensuring that each batch of tablets is coated to perfection.
