The machine's upper segment is an integrated unit facilitating tablet production, comprising Upper Punches, middle Dies, and Lower Punches. It features 33 sets of Punches & Dies strategically positioned around the turret's perimeter. The upper and lower Punches are guided by fixed camber tracks, creating a synchronized up-and-down motion as the turret rotates, efficiently producing tablets.
The machine seamlessly executes the four key processes: (1) Feeding (2) Filling (3) Pressing (4) Tablet output, ensuring a straightforward and continuous operation for filling and tablet formation.
