The ZKG series of dry granulation machines innovatively blend prepared powder raw materials, feeding them into the hopper with precision. Utilizing a double-cone, unequal-distance feeding screw, materials are expertly pre-compressed atop dual extrusion wheels. Here, they experience uniform pressure across five sides. As the extrusion wheel rotates, the powder is masterfully transformed into robust hard flakes by the hydraulic system. These flakes seamlessly descend into the granulating mechanism, emerging as perfectly dense particles. This state-of-the-art process circumvents the burdensome traditional granulation methods, significantly cutting down on energy consumption, and is ideal for direct tablet compression or capsule filling.
