Work Process

In the BG-5H's workflow, tablets undergo a meticulous and dynamic rotational movement within its pristine, enclosed drum. The coating agent, expertly mixed, is applied via an advanced spray gun, activated by the peristaltic pump. Exhaust fans and negative pressure draw in 100,000 clean hot air, drying the coating medium swiftly to form a flawless, durable film on each tablet. All operations are precision-controlled by the PLC system, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
