The upper portion of the machine is engineered as a single, cohesive unit for tablet production, comprising three essential components: Upper Punches, Middle Dies, and Lower Punches. The machine is equipped with 33 punch and die sets, strategically positioned around the turret. The upper and lower punches glide along fixed cam tracks, executing an up-and-down motion as the turret rotates, efficiently achieving tablet formation.
Four integral processes ensure seamless operation: (1) Feeding, (2) Filling, (3) Pressing tablets, and (4) Tablet discharge. These processes are meticulously designed to occur continuously, simplifying operations and ensuring optimal tablet production.
