Work Process

As the tablets elegantly turn, the mixing drum's coating blend is delicately applied via the spray gun, activated by the peristaltic pump. Simultaneously, the system's powerful air exhaust and negative pressure mechanisms draw in 100,000 clean hot air, passing it through tablets via sieve meshes. This orchestrated process allows the coating mediums to dry seamlessly, forming a durable, fine, and glossy film.
