TZGZ Vacuum Emulsifier is a kind of new plant that can achieve many processes such as homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing, spreading, discharging, heating and cooling. Adhering to the state's standards GMP, the plant is suitable for the cosmetics industries, food industries and pharmaceutical & chemical industries, because it can turn out high quality products by applying means of homogenizing, emulsifying and mixing in a vacuum upon those cream, paste like or colloid materials with a viscosity degree less than 50.000cp.

- The material is put into the machine by vacuum at the bottom that can avoid air pollution.
- PLC automatic control, all of the control can be operated automatically on the touch screen.
- The main boiler is equipped by CIP device that can automatically clean it. The part that contacts the material is 316 stainless steel which is polished.
- The vane of low speed mixer keep close to the wall of the main pot but doesn't contact it when the machine is operating.
- The emulsification can reach ideal efficiency within ten minutes.
