The upper segment of the machine is an integral assembly designed for tablet operations, comprising Upper Punches, Middle Dies, and Lower Punches. 33 sets of Punches & Dies are systematically arranged around the turret. The motion of the upper and lower Punches is guided by fixed cam tracks, ensuring precise up-and-down movements during the turret's rotation, achieving optimal tablet production.
The machine seamlessly performs four key processes: (1) Feeding; (2) Filling; (3) Tablet Pressing; (4) Tablet Output, all executed continuously. This streamlined operation simplifies the filling and tablet production, ensuring user-friendly functionality.
