* The journey begins as powdered materials are expertly loaded into the material pan via the conical hopper. Once sealed, these materials embark on a transformative rotation within the container, driven by the dynamic mixing blade. As they move, a liquid bridge gradually forms through the continuous interaction with the conical walls. The combined forces of extrusion, friction, and the blending of the blade with the tank walls skillfully loosen the material. Finally, with the hopper outlet open, moist particles are gracefully expelled by the centrifugal action of the blade, achieving an impeccable discharge.
* The creation of these delicate soft particles does not rely solely on forced extrusion. Instead, they are primarily shaped by the intricate and continuous cutting process in a semi-liquid state, ensuring uniformity and finesse throughout.
