3. Embrace efficiency with our automatic feeding device, designed to prevent cross-contamination. It allows for convenient and efficient feeding, optimizing productivity with its comprehensive directional capabilities.

4. Our coating boiler is equipped with a high-pressure spray gun capable of a 180ºC rotation. A strategically positioned cleaning sprayer at the air exhaust and hot air exit ensures thorough cleaning in all directions, eliminating any dead corners for a more convenient maintenance routine.

 

5. Carefully selected imported spray guns make operation a breeze. With precise control over technological requirements, the spray gun head operates flawlessly between 0.29 Mpa and 0.39 Mpa. Adjustable angle and sector provide uniform spray density and particle distribution, while atomization pressure at 0.4-0.5Mpa ensures no leakage or blockage, maximizing spray area for practical flow adjustment without any hassle.

6. Our innovative film coating machine incorporates a mechanical cauldron wrapping device capable of coating at least 20kg of plain pills in our 150 type coating machine. Through inherent mechanical adjustments, it ensures efficient use of materials, minimizing waste while significantly broadening its range of applications.

The intricate and dynamic movement of tablets is seamlessly executed within the pristine confines of the closed drum of the film coating machine. As tablets engage in this complex trajectory, they frequently and effortlessly turn, ensuring consistent exposure in the coating process. Within this controlled environment, the coating mixture in the mixing drum is expertly applied to the tablets through a sophisticated spray gun, guided by the precision of a peristaltic pump. Concurrently, under the influence of air exhaust and negative pressure, a steady stream of ultra-clean, 100,000-grade hot air is introduced by the air exhaust cabinet and carefully directed through the sieve meshes over the tablets. This meticulous airflow ensures that the coating mediums on tablet surfaces dry promptly, forming a robust, fine, and impeccably smooth film layer. The entire procedure unfolds under the vigilant supervision of a state-of-the-art PLC system, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
